5 Somerset Scouts websites have launched!

We’ve worked closely with Somerset Scouts over the past few years on their huge County website along with a number of Groups and Districts across Somerset on older versions of their websites.

After a successful build and launch of West Monkton Scout Group late last year, Somerset County returned to us for a complete overhaul of their own. Three other District and Campsites across the county signed up for rebrands as well, with East Somerset District joining us as a new client.

Somerset Scouts has over 4,000 members supported by about 1,000 adult volunteers.

Blackdown, Moors & Coastal, and East Somerset Districts all join Huish Woods Campsite and Somerset County as websites that have recently launched. With the main aim to boost recruitment and improve communication across the County, the websites demonstrate a refined and on-brand digital presence.

Some of the features include:

• County or District Team pages – These pages allow your users to get to know your team better, with sections for their Scout role, a short biography and an image of your leaders or executives
• Bookable adult training events – Adult training events that are easily bookable allow both leaders and organisers to keep track of any upcoming events as well as pay online or register their interest
• Bespoke forms – As well as customisable Contact and Join forms, we also offer the creation of bespoke forms such as register of interest or booking enquiry forms, these are useful for all kinds of websites including Districts and Campsites

The new website(s) mean that the whole of Somerset county is now inline with the new Skills for Life branding, and completely uniform across the District, County and supporting Campsites – providing an unparalleled level of consistency when navigating from one website to another.
