How a one page website will help 3rd Hatfield Air Scouts

Websites in general are a great way for Scout Groups, Districts, Counties and Activity Centres to boost their online presence. They also improve communication with prospective and current, local members and volunteers, increasing interest and engagement.

However, some Groups who either may be just starting out, have reduced finances, or just want to have some form of simple online base, may choose a Basic plan subscription instead.

What is the Basic plan?

Our Basic plan consists of a one page website. Although only one main page, this plan benefits from all of our most useful elements. They include; a section about your Group, an image gallery, a selection of your upcoming events, Join and Contact enquiry forms, and your contact information to help people get in touch.

Why choose a Basic plan?

Most recently, 3rd Hatfield Air Scouts Group signed up to a subscription for our Basic plan. Having previously contacted us to find out how we could help, their new website is part of their creative strategy to rescue their Group from the brink of closure.

A Group with limited funds due to the pandemic, the Basic plan with a one page website proves a cost effective solution.

How will this help?

3rd Hatfield wanted to maximise their digital presence and online potential. A space that their current members can use to stay up to date, it will also help boost recruitment of volunteers and new members in their local area.

Their new on-brand website allows the Air Scout Group to introduce themselves with an overview, and showcases their latest events and meetings with fun images. It will provide visitors with a taste of upcoming events and can also handle any enquiries from the Join and Contact forms.

Looking to the future

Although the website has only recently launched, the platform will help them increase their local presence and will help direct enquiries to one central location online.

Should they decide to upgrade their website in the future, they can easily move up to either our Plus, Premium or Pro plans to further develop the 3rd Hatfield website.
