Every District and Division is different, which is why we work closely with you on your ideas and requirements, and transform them into a website that will solve problems and accelerate growth. Some Districts have a small number of Groups, and some have thousands of members and volunteers to cater for. The ability to edit your website yourself once we’ve gone live is key. We support you and the rest of your team as you become familiar with the website and we’re always on hand to answer any questions you may have and offer tips and tricks throughout the process.

Our pages are developed in bespoke templates meaning you’re able to add and remove pages easily, as well as change any content, from text and images to news, events, and downloads. And if you have parts of the site that are only for certain members, we can add password protection to any page you’d like to be hidden with just a few clicks!

As another bonus, we’ll also build everything responsively so that it works and looks great across any device from mobile to desktop and is completely thumb-friendly. This is essential in the smartphone age where over 60% of browsing is now done on a mobile phone or tablet.

What is included, and how much does it cost?

We work on all sizes of projects, but we can imagine that you’re looking for a website that’s easy to manage, with dynamic news, events and photo/video areas, as well as being useful for your current members to assist you with keeping them and parents engaged, from members information to information about Activity Centres. You’ll also probably want to recruit new members through your website. Let us know what you want, and we’ll make it.

Hosting and domain name fees are included as part of the cost, so you don’t have to worry about paying for these either. Whatever your budget is, and even if you don’t have one, come and speak to us. We’ll be able to help you out and advise on different payment plans, options and cost. Of course, if you’d like to meet with the team in person, that’d be fantastic too!

What are the next steps?

We understand that you’re a volunteer, and time is limited. Once you choose to work with us, we’ll keep in touch with you through our easy to use communication platform (BaseCamp) where you can upload content, documents, photos and anything else you’d like on your website. You’ll see your website as it’s created and we won’t launch your site until you love it.
