Google Analytics is a free-of-charge tool that tracks traffic to your website, and gives you the ability to view reports easily.

Whether you have a website set up already and want to carry the same Google Analytics account over to your new website with us, or you’re entirely new to websites and/or Google Analytics, we’ll ensure you’re set up from launch with a Google Analytics account you have access to.

The data shown in Google Analytics is live, and is available online at any time.

Some reports that will be available and very useful to you will be:

• The number of users visiting your website
• The number of users visiting your website on a mobile device
• The number of users visiting your website from each channel (social media, email, etc.)
• The number of users contacting you via your website
• The number of new members have enquired about a place via your website
• The number of new volunteers have enquired via your website
• How long users are spending on your website
• Which pages or resources are the top visited

All reports can have custom timeframes, so you can specify a specific day, week, month or year should you wish, and even compare this to a previous timeframe.
