Have you met our team?
Our team of 14 work from offices overlooking the Royal Albert Dock in Liverpool. We've all been involved in Scouts & Girlguiding in the past, and some hold volunteer roles currently.

Our websites are perfect for any size of Section or Group, helping you recruit new members and volunteers, and communicate easily with parents.
From our Liverpool HQ, we work with leaders across the UK and worldwide. We create bespoke, functional, and beautifully designed websites for the Scout and Girlguiding community that solve everyday problems, whether that’s recruiting new members and volunteers, or engaging with existing members and parents.
We work with every kind of Section and Group: from a single Section to large Groups with every section and multiple same-age sections. You may be looking to us because you haven’t got a website, or you may be looking to make your current website on-brand and more useful.
Alongside working with Sections and Groups, we also create websites for Districts & Divisions, as well as Counties & Regions, and Campsites & Activity Centres, so have excellent understanding when it comes to designing a website with user experience in mind, and developing it all in WordPress (an easy to use content management system).
As a Leader, the ability to edit your website yourself once we’ve gone live is key. We support you and the rest of your team as you become familiar with the website and we’re always on hand to answer any questions you may have and offer tips and tricks throughout the process.
Our pages are developed in bespoke templates meaning you’re able to add and remove pages easily, as well as change any content, from text and images to news, events, and downloads. And if you have parts of the site that are only for certain members, we can add password protection to any page you’d like to be hidden with just a few clicks!
As another bonus, we’ll also build everything responsively so that it works and looks great across any device from mobile to desktop and is completely thumb-friendly. This is essential in the smartphone age where over 60% of browsing is now done on a mobile phone or tablet.
“We used Scout Websites to replace our existing site which was in much need of a refresh! Previously we had built the site ourselves, but didn't really have the knowledge to have the quality of site we wanted.
I have a background in IT and unfortunately have experienced suppliers that start off sounding great, but turn out to be a nightmare when they have your cash. Scout Websites are not one of these! The whole process was very straight forward and responses to any queries were very fast.
We ended up having our site built end to end in less than a month. The team made us feel at ease and any changes we requested, even after the site was live, were made with no bother.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to other Scout Groups.”1st Datchet Sea Scouts
We work on all sizes of projects, but we can imagine that you’re looking for a website that’s easy to manage, with dynamic news, events and photo/video areas, as well as being useful for your current members to assist you with keeping them and parents engaged. You’ll also probably want to recruit new members through your website. Let us know what you want, and we’ll make it.
Hosting and domain name fees are included as part of the cost, so you don’t have to worry about paying for these either. Whatever your budget is, and even if you don’t have one, come and speak to us. We’ll be able to help you out and advise on different payment plans, options and cost. Of course, if you’d like to meet with the team in person, that’d be fantastic too!
We understand that you’re a volunteer, and time is limited. Once you choose to work with us, we’ll keep in touch with you through our easy to use communication platform (BaseCamp) where you can upload content, documents, photos and anything else you’d like on your website. You’ll see your website as it’s created and we won’t launch your site until you love it.
