From first contact with Tom, to regular contact with Amelia the communication with and the professionalism of Scout Websites was first class. Tom was excellent on the phone explaining the service provided and how it would work, he provided full details required for the executive committee to make their decision. At every point through the build process (which happened during Covid-19 lockdown) Amelia was there adding new content, making changes and offering guidance along with suggestions on what would look good and work best for us. Basecamp was very easy to use, it enabled us to keep on top of what was needed and transfer the content easily. We have been live a couple weeks now and the support materials have enabled us to make small changes and give us confidence working with wordpress moving forward.
